Business Workflow

Reporting Stage: Multi-Channel Alarm Reporting, Unified Access and Management

The communication platform independently developed by DS supports alarm access for messages, voice, video, and social media. It also enables multiple public alarm reporting channels, including fixed-line phones, mobile phones, social media (e.g., apps, Facebook), e-Call, SMS, email, and Internet of Things (IoT) devices (originally "IED", clarified for clarity). In addition, the platform supports unified access and queuing for all alarm reporting channels.

Disposal Stage: Map Positioning, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Guidance, and Rapid Event Information Entry During "Alarm Acceptance"

The platform supports real-time positioning of mobile phones, alarm device positioning, and Internet-based positioning, as well as map location marking.

Based on the event’s category and level, the CAD platform automatically pops up standard questions that the call-taker should ask during the alarm acceptance process. When an alarm is received, key information (e.g., location, the jurisdiction responsible for the event) is automatically entered, which significantly improves the efficiency of alarm acceptance.

After-Events Stage: Information Query Provision, Map-Based Police Analysis Platform, and Dashboard Visualization

The system provides an information query function, which supports reviewing alarm-related information, exporting and printing data, as well as querying and statistics of key data types—including call data, incident data, management-related data, and operator performance data.

It also offers in-depth incident analysis, security trend analysis, and comprehensive decision-making support. The integrated dashboard (embedded in the analysis platform) displays the overall event overview: it supports real-time monitoring of the overall event process status and the distribution of responders, and can also be used for work report generation and public media information release.
