The Mobile Dispatching MDS System is a mobile application (APP) installed on mobile terminals, primarily used by on-site police officers. It facilitates real-time information interaction between on-site police and the command center via wireless networks. Its key functions are as follows:
1. Real-Time Police Force Monitoring: The command center can track the real-time status of on-site police through the MDS System, including their location and operational status.
2. Case Information & Instruction Delivery: The command center can send case details and work instructions to on-site police via the MDS System, ensuring officers easily access comprehensive case information.
3. Multi-Channel Case Disposal Feedback: On-site police can promptly report case disposal progress to the command center through the MDS System, using multiple feedback formats such as text, images, voice messages, and short videos.
4. On-Patrol Incident Recording: If police encounter an incident during patrols, they can directly record and submit case information through the MDS System.
