The Unified Security Operations Center (911) in Madinah is the fourth of its kind in the Kingdom after Riyadh, Makkah and the Eastern Province, and includes the security sectors in the region, in addition to the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, the Saudi Red Crescent Authority, the Municipality of Madinah Region, and the Saudi Electricity Company.
The center unified the work of 28 operations rooms at the level of the Madinah region, which contributes to achieving integration between security and service agencies and improving the speed of response to emergency cases in the region.

• The solution covers multiple business departments, including police, civil defense and environmental protection, enabling multi-department collaboration and joint operations.
