In 1980, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province introduced the Fujitsu F150 program-controlled digital switch, and a number of major technicians from the post and telecommunications department participated in the whole process of technical negotiation, production inspection, personnel training and opening test of the introduced project. In 1983, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications After the Belgian Bell Company signed the contract for the introduction of the S1240 program-controlled digital switch production line, the post and telecommunications company sent a number of technical backbones to study in Belgium and participated in the creation of Shanghai Bell.
